Managers use Verifund in a web browser, and renters use the Verifund renter app on iOS and Android. If you're reporting an issue in the renter app, please include your device type and app version.

Frequently asked questions
How do I reset my password?
From the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter the email on your account. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check spam and then email chasemcdonald@verifundsolutions.com.
How do I add a property?
Open the portfolio view and tap Add property. You'll be asked for the property name, units, reserve targets, and an opening operating-cash balance. Properties can be edited at any time after setup.
Why is a distribution blocked?
Verifund only unlocks distributions when every reserve has hit its target. Open the property: while any reserve is short, the page says so and names the reserve and how much of its target is funded. Top those up and distributions unlock.
Can investors and managers see the same numbers?
Yes — that's the whole point. Investors see the same property-level cash flow, reserves, and distribution math as the manager running the property. There is no separate "investor summary."
How do I cancel my account or delete my data?
Verifund is free during early access, so there is no subscription to cancel. To delete a login, an organization or its records, email chasemcdonald@verifundsolutions.com from the address on file. Renters can also delete their login in the renter app. How and when we delete data, and what we keep, is described in our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Is my financial data secure?
We protect it with encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest by our hosting providers, and role-based access with database rules designed to keep each organization's records separate. No system is perfectly secure, and we keep working to strengthen these safeguards. See our Privacy Policy for details.
